Each session has three to four panellists, one chairman and one discussant. The chairman can also act as the discussant.
Each session last for 90 minutes.
Each panellist has 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes to answer questions from the discussant.
The presentation is prepared in a Microsoft Power Point or pdf file (.ppt; .pptx;.pdf). The presentation shall be emailed to the organizer (sil@ui.ac.id) at the latest by 20 March 2018. Please write your panel ID and presentation tittle in the subject of the email.
The chairman shall organize the session effectively to enable introduction for the theme and panellists, questions and answers from the discussant and the floor, and deliver the conclusion and closing remarks.
Important tips, information and guideline for panelists
All presentations must run on the Windows operating system – Laptop and Multimedia Projector/Television Monitor will be available. The recommended software to be used is Microsoft PowerPoint.
Smart pointer will not be provided. Please bring your own should you need it.
A technical assistant will be provided for technical issues.
Ensure that you are available at least one hour before the session starts on the days of the conference.
Bring an extra-copy of your presentation to the conference stored in a USB media storage device. This copy is to be used as a backup if required. Make sure the USB media storage device and presentation file is properly labelled with your name, presentation day, and time.
If you need any special arrangements (Different operating system, videos to be displayed etc.), you should contact the organizer through email: sil@ui.ac.id
Please note that the organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any technical issues occurring due to late communication.
For Workshop Speakers
Each session has four to five speakers and one moderator.
Each session last for 120 minutes.
The session may have some materials to be presented (power point presentation, video, etc.). Should you have presentation materials, please send it to the organizer by e-mail to sil@ui.ac.id at the latest by 20 March 2018.Please write your workshop ID and presentation tittle in the subject of the email.

For Poster Presenters
Prepare your poster with the following size and layout:
Size of Poster:
A1 (59.4 cm wide x 82 cm high)
Pixels: the minimum recommended size (format WxH) is 1125 x 2000px and the minimum is 2250 x 4000 px
DPI 300 pizels/inch
Layout: Portrait (Vertical Orientation)
The poster content may include: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion or other format according to the nature of your presentation.
Please ensure that you handover the poster to the organizing committee at the registration table by the Lunch time of the first day, 22 March 2018.
Poster viewing session: A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and Please ensure that you stand by your poster(s) during that session for discussion and questions. As visitors examine the display area, the poster presenters are then able to explain on material viewed, answer questions, exchange contact information, and fully discuss the subject matter.
